Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and playing PuttDaily, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site.

Description of Service

PuttDaily is a free browser-based mini-golf puzzle game. We provide daily and weekly procedurally generated courses, a community level gallery, and a level editor. The service is provided on an "as available" basis and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

User Conduct

When publishing levels or display names to the community gallery, you agree not to submit offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content. We reserve the right to remove any community content at our sole discretion without notice. Our automated profanity filter may reject submissions containing inappropriate language.

Intellectual Property

All game code, artwork, sounds, and design elements of PuttDaily are the property of the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Community-created levels remain the intellectual property of their creators, but by publishing a level you grant PuttDaily a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute it within the game.

PuttDaily displays advertisements through Google AdSense to support the free operation of the game. Ad blockers may affect the display of advertisements but will not prevent gameplay.

Disclaimer of Warranties

PuttDaily is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Game progress stored in your browser's localStorage may be lost if you clear your browser data.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PuttDaily or its developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the game. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of game progress, or interruption of service. Our total liability for any claims arising from use of the service shall not exceed zero dollars, as this is a free service.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of PuttDaily after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
